Before you buy

Read these three points carefully. Opening a ticket means you accept them.

No refunds

Once a plan is purchased, refunds are not provided. Everything sold here is a digital in-game item delivered immediately, so please make sure you have picked the right plan before paying.

Asset transfers

Vehicles and other assets can only be transferred with admin assistance, and only while your premium period is still active.

Changing your vehicle

You can change your vehicle when you renew your plan or buy a new one. Swaps part-way through an active plan are no longer offered, so a mid-plan change means waiting for your next renewal.

Questions

How do I buy a plan?

Open a Support Ticket in our Discord and tell the staff which plan number you want. An admin will confirm the price, take payment and set up your perks in-game.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card payments and subscriptions through Stripe, plus PayPal. All prices on this site are in US dollars.

How quickly do I get my perks?

All purchases are digital and delivered in-game once payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to download.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. Recurring plans renew automatically and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period you have already paid for.

What happens when my plan expires?

Plan-based perks such as custom vehicles and exclusive holds end with the plan. Your character and anything you earned through normal play stay as they are.

Is anyone else allowed to drive my exclusive vehicle?

No. On the unique and livery tiers, that vehicle cannot be owned by any other player for as long as your premium is active.

Do I need anything besides GTA V?

You need a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and the FiveM client. Join our Discord and the team will point you to the server and get you started.

The rules that govern playing on Heaven City RP and buying a plan. Please read them before you purchase.

1. Who we are

Heaven City RP is a FiveM roleplay community and game server for Grand Theft Auto V, running on the ESX Legacy framework. The service is operated by Hevancity RP, a micro enterprise registered in India under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-KL-10-0102139, with its registered address at Neithyam Parambu, Padur, Alathur, Palakkad, Kerala 678543.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Hevancity RP. "You" means anyone who plays on our server, joins our Discord or buys a plan.

2. Accepting these terms

By connecting to the server, joining our Discord community or purchasing any plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. Grand Theft Auto V carries an adult content rating, and payment methods require an account holder of legal age. If you are under 18, you may only use the server with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and any purchase must be made by them.

You are responsible for holding a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and for complying with Rockstar Games' and FiveM's own terms of use.

4. What you are buying

All plans are digital in-game goods and services. Nothing physical is shipped. Depending on the plan, a purchase may include:

Custom, add-on or unique vehicles, including livery vehicles
Helicopters, boats and submarines
Custom number plates
Discord roles such as Premium, Permanent Citizen and the wealth tiers
Custom clothing packs, cosmetic content and priority queue access

Everything you buy is a licence to use content inside our server for the duration of your plan. You are not buying ownership of any vehicle, property or account. Nothing sold here has real-world monetary value, and no item is redeemable, exchangeable or convertible into money.

5. Prices and payment

Plan prices are shown in US dollars on the plans page. We accept card payments and subscriptions through Stripe, along with PayPal. Payment processors handle your card and account details directly; we never see or store them.

You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees or taxes applied by your own payment provider.

6. Delivery

Purchases are delivered in-game by an admin once payment is confirmed, normally straight away. Delivery may take longer if no admin is online, if the server is under maintenance, or if the details you gave in your ticket are incomplete.

7. Subscriptions and renewals

Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your payment provider or by opening a Support Ticket. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period you have already paid for, and your perks continue until the current period ends.

Plan-based perks, such as custom vehicles and exclusive vehicle holds, end when the plan ends.

8. Refunds

Purchases are non-refundable. Because everything is a digital item delivered immediately, we do not provide refunds once a plan has been purchased. The full position, including the narrow situations where we will correct a payment, is set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Asset transfers and plan changes

In-game assets can only be transferred with admin assistance, and only while your premium period is active. We do not process transfers for expired plans.

You can change your vehicle when you renew your plan or buy a new one. Swaps part-way through an active plan are no longer offered, so a mid-plan change means waiting for your next renewal.

10. Exclusive vehicles

On the unique and livery tiers, the vehicle assigned to you cannot be owned by any other player for as long as your premium is active. Once your plan expires, that vehicle returns to the pool and may be assigned to someone else.

11. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use mod menus, injectors or any unauthorised third-party software
Break character in a way that disrupts roleplay, or break the server rules published in our Discord
Harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against other players or staff
Sell, trade or transfer accounts, in-game assets or plan perks for real money outside our official channels
Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our server, Discord or website
Share content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit involving minors

Server rules announced in our Discord form part of these terms and may be updated as the community grows.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently ban an account for breaking these terms or the server rules. A ban issued for rule-breaking does not entitle you to a refund of any active plan, and any remaining plan time is forfeited.

We may also close the server, retire a plan or change what a plan includes. Where a change materially reduces what an active plan offers, we will tell affected players in Discord and try to find a fair resolution.

13. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games

Heaven City RP is an independent, fan-run community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or FiveM. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

14. Intellectual property

Custom scripts, clothing packs, liveries, branding and other original content created for Heaven City RP remain ours. You may not copy, redistribute or reuse them on another server without written permission.

15. Availability and liability

The server is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and downtime can be caused by maintenance, updates, hosting problems or issues with Rockstar or FiveM services that are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost in-game progress or assets, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be announced in our Discord. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palakkad, Kerala.

Privacy Policy

What we collect when you play on our server or buy a plan, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

1. Introduction

This policy explains what personal information Heaven City RP collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. The service is operated by Hevancity RP, a micro enterprise registered in India under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-KL-10-0102139, at Neithyam Parambu, Padur, Alathur, Palakkad, Kerala 678543. For privacy purposes we are the data controller.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Your Discord username and user ID when you join our community or open a ticket
Your email address when you contact support or complete a payment
Your in-game character name and the details you supply in a Support Ticket, such as the vehicle you want
Anything else you choose to include in messages to us

Information collected automatically

Connection data from the game server, including your IP address, FiveM identifiers, Rockstar and Steam identifiers, and session times
In-game activity logs used for moderation, anti-cheat and resolving disputes
Basic technical data when you visit this website, such as browser type and pages viewed

Payment information

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV or bank account details. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who process your details under their own privacy policies. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, along with limited details such as the amount, the currency and the name or email on the transaction.

3. Why we use your information

To deliver the perks you bought and keep your plan active
To operate the game server and your character's progress
To answer support tickets and emails
To enforce server rules, investigate cheating and handle bans and appeals
To manage subscriptions, renewals and cancellations
To announce server news, downtime and plan changes through Discord
To meet our legal and accounting obligations in India

We rely on the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running a fair and secure server, and legal obligation, depending on the purpose.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed to run the service:

Payment processors — Stripe and PayPal, to take payment and manage subscriptions
Discord — our community platform, where tickets and roles are managed
Hosting and infrastructure providers — for the game server, database and this website
Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services we link to, such as Discord and our payment processors, set their own cookies once you are on their pages, governed by their policies rather than ours.

6. How long we keep it

Character and account data is kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return to your character
Moderation records, including ban records, are kept as long as needed to keep the server fair
Payment and transaction records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires
Support tickets are kept while they are relevant to your account

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricted admin access and secure hosting. No internet service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell affected players promptly if a breach puts their data at risk.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you
Correct information that is wrong or out of date
Delete your data, subject to records we must keep for legal or moderation reasons
Stop non-essential communications

Email hevancityrp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, or open a ticket in Discord. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data means losing your character, assets and any active plan, and that cannot be reversed.

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children. You must be 13 or older to use Discord, and 18 or older to make a purchase. If we learn that we hold data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We operate from India, and our providers may store data on servers in other countries. Wherever your information is processed, this policy applies to it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision, and material changes will be announced in our Discord.

Refund Policy

All plans are digital items delivered instantly, so purchases are non-refundable. Here is the full position and the cases we do fix.

Purchases are non-refundable. Once a plan has been purchased, refunds are not provided. Please make sure you have chosen the right plan before you pay.

Why we do not refund

Every plan we sell is a digital in-game item — a vehicle, a custom plate or a Discord role. Perks are applied to your character by an admin as soon as payment is confirmed, and once they are in your hands they cannot be taken back or restocked. This is the same position taken by most digital game services for instantly delivered content.

Before you buy

You can avoid almost every refund request by checking these first:

Read what the plan includes on the plans page — plans differ in vehicle count, livery rights and validity
Check the validity period. Most plans run for one month; Plan 10 runs for two
Check the total. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank may add currency conversion charges
Ask in a Support Ticket if you are unsure. Staff will confirm exactly what a plan gives you before you pay

When we will correct a payment

The no-refund rule covers plans that were bought and delivered as described. We will always put things right in these situations:

Duplicate payment. If you were charged twice for the same plan, we refund the duplicate charge.
Non-delivery. If we cannot deliver the perks you paid for at all, we will either supply an agreed alternative or refund you.
Unauthorised payment. If a payment was made from your account without your permission, contact us and your payment provider immediately.

These are corrections to a payment that went wrong, not a change-of-mind refund.

Situations we do not refund

Changing your mind after the perks have been delivered
Buying the wrong plan, or wanting to switch to a different plan
Wanting to change a vehicle part-way through an active plan
Not playing enough during your plan period
Losing access after a ban or suspension for breaking the server rules
Server downtime, maintenance, or issues with Rockstar or FiveM services
Your own hardware, internet connection or game installation problems

Cancelling a subscription

Recurring plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your payment provider or by opening a Support Ticket. Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and your perks stay active until that period ends.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the change is processed in time.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please talk to us first — most issues are sorted out in a ticket within a day. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us results in a permanent ban from the server and Discord, and the removal of all perks and assets linked to the account.

How to raise a billing issue

Open a Support Ticket on our Discord, or email hevancityrp@gmail.com. Include:

Your Discord username and in-game character name
The plan number you bought
The date, amount and payment method used
A short description of the problem

We aim to respond within 24 hours on Discord and 48 hours by email. Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your provider.
